Corner spoons are an excellent tool for sauteing vegetables or cooking a stir fry. Designed for right-handed use, each spoon comes to a point in the top right-hand corner to allow you to easily access all areas of your pot or pan.

All saute spoons are made from native domestic hardwoods including Black Walnut, Eastern Black Cherry, and Maple. These hardwoods have been traditionally used in American kitchens for generations, known both for their beauty and durability. Walnut has a dark brown to almost black color, while cherry comes in deep red variations and maple is a stark whitish tan.

Each saute spoon is preserved with food-grade mineral oil. We recommend applying butcher block oil or food-grade mineral oil periodically to your corner spoon to prevent it from drying out through regular use and washing. After each use, wash with soap and hot water.
