secure packaging process. Order processing typically requires 1 to 3 business
days following payment confirmation. During high-volumeperiods or
promotional events, processing may extend to 2-3 business days. You will
receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched from our
fulfillment center.
2. Shipping Costs & Calculation Shipping charges for your order will be
calculated and displayed securely at checkout. Theexact shipping rate is
determined based on the destination address, the chosenshipping method, and
the dimensions/weight of your parcel.
3. Estimated Delivery Timelines Once dispatched, deliverytimes depend on your
geographical location. Our standard estimated timeframes are:
Domestic/Primary Markets: 5 to 10 business days.
International Orders: 5 to 14 business days. Please note thhat these are
estimated timeframes. Actual delivery may vary slightly due to local postal
services, adverse weather, or peak holiday seasons.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes For international shipments, the destination
country may apply customs duties, import taxes, orother fees. These charges
are strictly the responsibility of the recipient and arenot included in the
checkout price or the shipping cost. We highly reconmmend checking with your
local customs office regarding any potential fees before pplacing an order
Packages returned due to unpaid duties may be subject to a restocking fee.
